Able to buy/sell fungible assets in DEC market (packs, totems, plots, vouchers)

FeedbackWaiting on Splinterlands

This would have to be enabled in the protocol by Splinterlands itself but they have expressed an interest in doing it.

    We will have to wait on Splinterlands for this but keep voting on it if you'd like to see it happen once splinterlands makes it possible
