For both sales & rentals, option to easily adjust the price across all listings selected by a couple of %

    Problem with this change is that the Splinterlands protocol does not support setting different prices when updating. So it will require one transaction for each different price. This is why we only allow the user to set one price when updating.

    I like this.. we could have an option to change price that takes whatever they're listed at and up or down them by the percentage user states. And make this option only possible (greyed out otherwise) IF it's a CHANGE PRICE not available on initial pricing.
